S.M.A.R.T (Sexual Matters of Adolescents Responsibly Taught)
S.M.A.R.T is our Adolescent and Youth Reproductive Health (AYRH) programme designed to make available credible age-appropriate information on sexual and reproductive health through different channels in order to help young persons (10 – 24 years old) make informed decisions about their sexual health. The S.M.A.R.T Channels are (i) In-reach (ii) Outreach (iii) Publication and (iv) App.

S.M.A.R.T UP TEENS (Publication)
S.M.A.R.T UP TEENS is a publication with Special Features and Worksheets (in Appendix) targeted at adolescents between ages 15 and 19 years old and beyond to complement teachings on sex education in secondary schools and higher institutions of learning. Hard and soft copies will be made available.

S.M.A.R.T School Outreach
S.M.A.R.T School Outreach is to complement the teachings on sex education in schools. The objectives of S.M.A.R.T School Outreach include: educating students on values, goal setting and decision making; informing students on the consequences of unsafe sexual activities, among others.

Reusable Sanitary Pad Training 
One of the S.M.A.R.T projects we engage in at our Wellness Centre or the trainees site (on request) is reusable sanitary pad training. We regard equipping adolescents and youths with the skill of making reusable sanitary pads as economic empowerment because it supports the eradication of period poverty. Besides the hands-on training on reusable sanitary pad, participants are also taught the hygienic management practices of reusable sanitary pad. Trainings held so far:
