Akintunde oversees the affairs of Wellness Africa Foundation as the founding Executive Director. He is interested in supporting rural livelihood for greater productivity as he believes our common wealth is locked in these places. He holds a B. Agric (Crop Protection) and an M.Agric (Agricultural Economics & Farm Management) from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. He is a proficient agribusiness professional with practical exposure to agriculture since 1990. He possesses impeccable writing, strong communications and team leadership skills. A decisive and a strategic thinker, he has had over ten years of diverse work experience in the corporate world, the third sector (NGO) and public service as the Special Assistant to the Ogun State Governor on Agriculture.
Programme Director, Healthcare Initiative
Omotola works in Wellness Africa Foundation as the Programme Director for the Healthcare Initiatives. She is a trained Medical Doctor who is so passionate about public health, especially global medicine, rural health etc. She holds an M.B.Ch.Bdegree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State and had her housemanship training at the Federal Medical Centre (FMC), Abeokuta, Ogun state.
Ariyo is a non-executive director at Wellness Africa Foundation. He is a registered Nurse working with the 2nd largest health care company in world “Blue Cross Blue Shield” at Texas, USA. He brings his exposure and vast experience to the board.
Adeola is a licensed Pharmacist with a wealth of experience in community pharmacy. She is a non-executive director at Wellness Africa Foundation and she plays a huge supportive role to the Programme Director, Healthcare Initiative.
